Our company specializes in the field measurement, planning and design of the whole plant waste paper treatment system scheme, and equipment manufacturing and installation for the carton packaging industry. The two paper edges trimmed by the longitudinal cutting machine of corrugated board line and single tile line are sucked into the shredder fan through the hose at the air suction outlet. After cutting, they are transported by the air pipe to the cyclone paper-gas separator and fall into the packer. The waste generated by the printing slotting machine and the flat pressing die-cutting machine falls into the belt conveyor in the trench, and then is transported to the feed hopper of the shredder fan. After being cut off by the shredder fan, it is transported by the air pipe to the cyclone paper-gas separator and then falls into the packer. After the waste manually cleaned by the semi-automatic flat pressing die-cutting machine is stacked to a certain amount of waste paper, it is fed manually to the suction inlet of the shredder fan in a short time, and then cut off, transported by the air duct to the cyclone paper-gas separator and then dropped into the packer. The scrapped cardboard or carton is broken by the cardboard crusher, cut by the shredding fan, transported by the air duct to the cyclone paper-gas separator and then falls into the packer. The waste paper of the whole plant is separated by the cyclone paper-gas separator and then falls into the packer for packaging. After the dust containing gas is atomized by the water spray device in the separator, it flows into the packer along the wall due to the absorption of inertia and waste collision, and the purified air flow rotates inward and then discharged out of the cylinder. The whole system is an automatic operating system, It is an ideal waste paper collection and treatment system equipment with high quality and efficiency in carton packaging industry.
