The content of particles in the medium of pulverizer fan shall not exceed 100mgm3, and the particle size shall not exceed half of the small working gap. During operation, the bearing temperature shall not be higher than 95 ℃, and the lubricating oil degree shall not be higher than 65 ℃. The working pressure shall not be higher than the pressure rise range specified on the nameplate or the pressure rise range specified in the performance table of this manual. The clearance between fan impeller and casing, impeller and impeller has been adjusted before delivery, and the clearance shall be ensured during reassembly. When the impeller rotates at a uniform speed in opposite directions to each other, a certain amount of gas around the box and impeller is transmitted from the suction side to the discharge side.

The output air volume of the pulverizer fan is directly proportional to the number of revolutions. Two impellers are used for suction and exhaust of the impeller rotating three times at a time. There are two three blade impellers on two parallel shafts. There is always a small gap between the impeller and the oval box and the inner hole surfaces of the two impellers. Since the impellers rotate at a uniform speed in opposite directions to each other, a certain amount of gas around the box and impeller is transmitted from the suction side to the discharge side. The internal structure of all kinds of pulverizer fans is the same, and the disassembly sequence and assembly process are basically the same. The pulverizer fan shall be stable during transportation to avoid collision and damage to the shell and motor.

The fan shall be filled with sufficient lubricating oil and grease before leaving the factory. After 6 months of normal use, the transmission and bearing parts shall be supplemented or replaced with grease. If the installation ambient temperature is high or there is too much dust, shorten the oil change time. The pulverizer fan is suitable for continuous operation. If axial air leakage or ash leakage is found during operation, consult in time if there is any problem.
